Explore your expressive side
In this workshop you are the creator of your own reality. You will be guided to the imaginary world of your inner reality. By accessing the inner world with help of your imagination you are not only opening a gate to a new realm of inspiration that is completely yours, but you will also learn how your canvas can answer the questions that you ask. You will be gently guided to a visualisation and then to create one or more abstract painting in order to record your inner visions and symbols with paintbrushes, infusing them with all of the shapes in your inner Landscape and with all the beautiful colours of your future. We are all beginners here. Every time. There will be no critiques, analysis, or judgment of the creative work, or any focus on the finished product, but individual attention and gentle guidance "mindfulness of art like activity".
These workshops can be compared to a creative-meditation where only the process counts. They are about a creative force and their transforming effect on the practitioner, a conversation with oneself by the means of lines, colours and brushes.
In this workshop it is okay to do or not to go away when you need and OK to take everything at your own pace. These workshops have been designed specifically to fit a restless brain.
DAM promises an experience of calm but powerful moments during a mindful, guided art making
